About Us

Kelly Johnston, the president of JFS, LLC, has a large amount of experience in both the public accounting and private industry accounting fields. Her background includes a Bachelor in Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting, with experience in the healthcare industry with critical access hospitals and physician offices, audit and tax preparation. This education and experience can add value to new start up organizations, developing businesses, and healthcare entities by creating a strong financial reporting set up and assisting in new financial reports.

Bonnie Moring, Staff Accountant at JFS, LLC, comes with experience in bookkeeping and accounting from the financial industry.  She has helped to prepare and reconcile financials, set up new processes, which will be useful for any new clients that would like to work on their books.  Outside of work, Bonnie likes to dance, teach barre fitness, do yoga, and travel the world.

Kristine Jones, Fiscal Analyst at JFS, LLC, comes with over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. In these years of experience she has assisted companies ranging from having one employee to over 200 in numerous fields. She also brings experience in policy writing, human resources, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, inventory, as well as office management. Outside of work, Kristine is married to an amazing man with two adult children and one great pooch. She enjoys walking, Harley rides with the hubby, and farm life.

Marilyn Dent, Fiscal Analyst at JFS, LLC, is a graduate of Wayne State University with a degree is Sociology and Psychology. Her career began with Proctor and Gamble in marketing research doing project research throughout the country. Marilyn is an accomplished marketing research operation executive with demonstrated ability to achieve results in a fast paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment. Recognized as an experienced manager in marketing research and an advocate of change. Skilled in developing people, motivation and process improvement and consistency, profitability, increased productivity/efficiency, and cost containment on a global basis. Initiated, championed and collaborated on a highly-visible program, a global estimating application, along with training materials. Partnered with CEO’s in two full-service marketing research companies to create profitable separate data collection divisions. Expertise and notable accomplishments in the following key areas: Operational Leadership, Project Development Team Member, Analysis, Insight & Consultancy, Program/Project Management, Motivational Leader.
